Authorize to enter into a real estate services agreement with New England Coastal Realty Inc., d/b/a Keller Williams Coastal Realty, Portsmouth, NH, to provide real estate brokerage, marketing, and consulting services to the NHLC with regard to the proposed redevelopment of the Interstate 95 liquor store rest area properties in Hampton, NH and the contemplated sale of a significant portion thereof. Effective upon G&C approval for up to 24 months. 100% Liquor Funds.
