Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to accept and expend a Federal Grant Award in an amount up to $2,600,000 for the acquisition of Conservation Easements on 6,395 +/- acres in the Towns of Campton and Sandwich in Grafton and Carroll Counties, NH, known as the “Beebe River Uplands Forest Legacy Project”. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 15, 2021.
