Description
Authorize to accept and expend additional federal funds in the amount of $158,706 from the Water Infrastructure Improvement for the Nation Act, through the Environmental Protection Agency, for small and disadvantaged water systems to provide funding assistance for improvements to their drinking water systems. (2)Further authorize to transfer funds in the amount of $66,033 between classes for the purpose of awarding grants to disadvantaged water system. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 15, 2021.
