Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to accept and expend grant funds from the US Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, entitled “FY 2018 High Priority Grant” in the amount of $576,831 for the purpose of creating a Municipal Agent Automation Project vehicle inquiry interface to provide real-time data for roadside enforcement. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 15, 2021.
