Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds in the amount of $516,959 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for DR-4457 July 2019 Severe Storm & Flooding for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 15, 2021.
