Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Grafton for a total amount of $128,250 to upsize a culvert on Wild Meadows Road to ensure adequate flow capacity for future storm events. Effective upon G&C approval through June 8, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
