Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Southwestern Community Services Inc., Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #46), for the ongoing provision of Permanent Housing and Supportive Services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price by $73,084 from $172,958 to $246,042 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to August 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
