Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to existing contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated September 18, 2020, to provide housing bridge subsidy services, by increasing the total price by $1,354,971 from $8,643,679 to $9,998,650 of which $7,288,975 is shared among all vendors for rental assistance, for which there is no maximum or minimum service volume guarantee, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2021. 100% General Funds.
