Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated October 20, 2020 except for The Alternative Life Center and to add Recovery Oriented Step-Up Step-Down programs, with a total of 12 beds for the four vendors listed in bold, increasing the price by $2,400,000 from $16,309,274 to $18,709,274, with no change to the completion dates of June 30, 2022. (2)Further authorize advance payment totaling $532,880. Effective November 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 100% General Funds.
