Authorize to enter into a contract with OZ Systems USA LLC, Arlington, TX, to develop, implement and support an integrated data management system for Maternal and Child Health screening programs, in the amount of $242,450. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to 3 additional years. 21% Federal, 79% Other Funds (Newborn Screening Revolving Fund).
