Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with S.U.R Construction Inc., Rochester, NH, for the signalization of the intersection of the US 4 westbound ramps with NH 108 on the basis of a low bid of $763,421. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $38,171.05 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 29, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
