Description
Authorize the Division of Fire Safety, Office of the State Fire Marshal to enter into memorandums of understanding with recognized regional hazardous materials response teams in an amount not to exceed $80,000 per annum to provide an emergency hazardous materials response to any NH municipality, village district, or unincorporated area without an established hazardous materials team. Effective upon G&C approval through October 21, 2021. 52.5% Revolving, 17.5% General Funds.
