Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in the amount of $1,960,784, for contracted services that were not budgeted for State Fiscal Year 2026. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds as detailed in the letter dated January 23, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 20, 2026.
