Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Hutter Construction Corporation, New Ipswich, NH (originally approved by G&C 10/30/24, Item #128), by increasing the price limitation by $1,840,676 for a total price not to exceed $34,997,939.15 for design and construction administration services for the ARPA Youth Development Center Replacement in Hampstead, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of the construction administrative phase, estimated to be June 30, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Federal Funds
