Authorize to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel salary accounts, upon the certification of the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services, as authorized under RSA 99:4 during the period of September 18, 2025 to July 17, 2026, for transfer related to Fiscal Year 2026 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each square of the year end closing date. (2) Further authorize transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts, upon the certification of the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services, as authorized under RSA 9:17-c during the period of September 18, 2025 to July 17, 2026, for transfer related to Fiscal Year 2026 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each square of the year end closing date.
