Authorize to enter into a contract with Merchants Automotive Group, LLC, Hooksett, NH, in an amount up to and not to exceed $2,730,468.75 for vehicle maintenance and repair services (fleet management services). Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2030, with the option to renew for an additional three years.
