Description
TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Liot Hill, seconded by Councilor Kenney, voted to table the request to authorize the Division of Forest and Lands to enter into a lease agreement with Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy for an amount not to exceed $73,266.07 for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Hyland Hill in Hyland Hill State Forest located in Westmoreland, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2030. (2) Further authorized to accept annual payment revenue. The annual payments include a 3% annual increase as detailed within the terms of the lease.
