Authorize the Office of Federal Compliance to enter into a sole source contract with Hessel & Associates LLC, Brattleboro, VT, to provide employment outreach and placement services for minorities and female candidates under the NH On-the-Job Training program necessary to meet Federally mandated EEO/Affirmative Action requirements in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, for a total fee of $24,551. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
