Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Occupational Health Centers of the Southwest, P.A., Addison, TX (originally approved by G&C on 6/25/25, Item #191, archived document ), to continue providing employee occupational health services for New Hampshire Hospital to ensure compliance with employee federal health policies and health screenings by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $390,000 from $260,000 to $650,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2029. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 31% General Funds, 69% Other Funds (Agency Income)
