Authorize the Division of Aeronautics, Rail & Transit to accept and expend revenue in the amount of $459,284 from a Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) Grant from the United States Department of Transportation, Office of the Secretary, to purchase and upfit a Mobile Command Emergency Response Vehicle to expand the use of innovative aerial technology to improve disaster response and recovery efforts, and to document the status of transportation infrastructure during catastrophic events and emergencies statewide in New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
