Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with NFI North Inc., Contoocook, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-15-20, item #6), to expand their community Transitional Housing Program for adults who have severe mental illness or severe and persistent mental illness, by increasing the number of beds from 60 to 76 and increasing the price by $2,079,800 from $2,400,000 to $4,479,800 with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2022. 100% General Funds.
