Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with the City of Nashua, NH, to provide transportation services to adults ages 60 years and older in the City of Nashua, in the amount of $377,874. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. 51% Federal, 49% General Funds.
