Authorize to enter into a contract with AE Insurance LLC d/b/a American Exchange, Chattanooga, TN, for insurance benefit and medical claims management services for individuals living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus who are enrolled in NH CARE program, in the amount of $450,000. Effective October 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through September 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to 3 additional years. 100% Other Funds (Pharmaceutical Rebates).
