Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with East Coast Signals Inc., Deerfield, NH, for intersection safety improvements involving the installation of Intersection Conflict Warning Systems, on the basis of a low bid of $431,377.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $43,137.75 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through December 17, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
