Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to retroactively amend a contract with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #82), for General Sullivan Bridge superstructure replacement between the Town of Newington and the City of Dover, by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to December 31, 2026. (2) Further authorize to increase the fee in the amount of $14,406.75 from $1,885,529.73 to $1,899,936.48. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Turnpike Funds
