Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to transfer grant funds between expenditure classes in the amount of $4,523,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to enter into a sole source memorandum of understanding with NHES, Concord, NH, to coordinate services currently managed by BEA and NHES and streamlines the delivery of workforce programs funded through the US Department of Labor Employment. This integration of service achieves programmatic and fiscal efficiencies. Effective upon G&C approval or September 30, 2020, whichever is later, through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for an additional 4 years. 100% Federal Funds. (3)Further authorize to accept and expend $4,523,000 of federal funds from the NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs, Office of Workforce Opportunity.
