Authorize to enter into a sole source lease amendment with Gerald P. McCarthy Properties, West Wareham, MA (originally approved by G&C on 9-22-10, item #114B), for 21,000 square feet of building space at a rate of $10.95 per square foot in Concord, NH, by increasing the payments by $459,900 from $2,932,841.67 to $3,392,741.67, and by extending the end date to September 20, 2022 from September 30, 2020. 100% General Funds. Contingent upon approval of the Long Range Capital Planning and Utilization Commission in Early October 2020.
