Description
Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend FFY 2019 High Hazard Potential Dam grant funds in the amount of $475,437 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for increasing the safety of high hazard dams within the State of NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 65% Federal, 35% Other Funds match. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 18, 2020.
