Authorize to accept and expend the transfer of funds of $5,000 from the NH Department of Labor for the purpose of supporting one full-time DOL employee to be housed at the DAS Division of Personnel Office, to provide services as outline in an inter-agency memorandum of understanding to train the DOL employees and provide a full range of human resources management support services. Effective upon GC& approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Transfer from Other Agency.
