Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-26-16, item #16), for the continued provision of Senior Companion Services, by increasing the price by $60,000 from $120,000 to $180,000 and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2020 to September 30, 2022. 100% General Funds.
