Authorize the Bureau of Finance & Contracts to pay membership dues retroactively in the amount of $83,000 for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, Washington, DC, for continued membership in the national transportation organization. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
