Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to enter into a contract with Communications Venture Corporation, d/b/a INdigital, Fort Wayne, IN, to provide an E-9-1-1 Call Delivery System along with hardware, software, and associated services for the State, in the amount of $2,655,535.
