Authorize to amend existing sole source contracts with the vendors listed in bold as detailed in letter dated August 12, 2020 (originally approved by G&C on 8-14-19, item #9), for the ongoing provision of Permanent Housing and Supportive Services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, by exercising contract renewal options, by increasing the total price by $71,374 from $281,462 to $352,836 and by extending the completion dates from August 31, 2020 to August 31, 2021. Effective September 1, 2020 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 100% Federal Funds.
