Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into a contract with Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care Inc., Little Rock, Arkansas, for the provision of program evaluation, and data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Alcohol and Other Drug Continuum of Care services system in NH, in the amount of $801,700. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 16.50% Federal, 75% Other (Governor Commission Funds), 8.50% State General Funds.
