Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc., Andover, MA (originally approved by G&C on 9/11/20, Item #9, archived document ), to increase funding due to an unanticipated emergency repair required for the alarm system at New Hampshire Hospital, by increasing the price limitation by $7,966 from $255,000 to $262,966 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 72% General Funds, 28% Other Funds (Provider and Intra-Agency Funds)
