Authorize the NH State Conservation Committee to enter into a contract with Birch Tree Conservation Consulting LLC, Durham, NH in the amount of $90,000 for grant program administration services provided for the State Conservation Committee Conservation Number Plate (Moose Plate) Program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period. 100% Other Funds – State Conservation Committee
