Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing contracts as detailed in letter dated July 22, 2020 (originally approved by G&C on 7-31-19, item #18), for the provision of Community Collaboration services, by providing parental assistance programming to the Winnipesaukee and Manchester communities to reduce child maltreatment and the risk of children entering foster care, by increasing the total price by $328,266 from $1,600,000 to $1,928,266 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2021. 39% Federal, 61% General Funds.
