Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell 1.8 +/- acres of State owned land on the westerly side of Interstate 89 in the Town of Warner. The sale would be directly to the Town of Warner for $3,600 which includes a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 90% Federal, 10% Highway.
