Authorize the Division of Enforcement and Licensing to retroactively accept and expend funds from the Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services in the amount of $100,000 for surveillance and related activities of youth access to and use of tobacco and alcohol products as part of a statewide compliance initiative, as unanimously approved by G&C on 7-17-20, item #12. Effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. 100% Other Funds.
