Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a License Agreement with Public Service of NH d/b/a Eversource Energy of Manchester, NH, to use and occupy a proposed utility corridor across Miller State Park in Peterborough and Temple for a period of 20 years. Effective upon G&C approval. No State Funding.
