Description
Authorize the Division of Agriculture Development to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 1/26/22, Item #52) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to September 29, 2025 to accept and expend $33,489 from the United States Department of Agriculture to conduct programs benefiting New Hampshire for the Specialty Crop Block Gant Program. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
