Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Adult Education to enter into retroactive sole source contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated August 11, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $10,000 to provide support for the high school equivalency Testing Centers during the pandemic. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2020. 100% General Funds.
