Authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #76) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 to accept and expend $6,520,974 of Federal Funds from the United States Department of Energy, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid. (2) Further authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 10/18/24, Item #41) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 to accept and expend $2,471,268 of Federal Funds from the United States Department of Energy, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Preventing Outages and Enhancing the Resilience of the Electric Grid. (3) Further authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 11/8/23, Item #76) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for the purpose of continuing the Department of Energy’s temporary full time Program Specialist III (Miscellaneous Business Operations Specialists – 4). Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
