Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research and Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 2-6-19, item #7), to conduct NH’s Public Mental Health Consumer Survey, by increasing the price by $168,522 from $168,522 to $337,044 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2022. 100% Other Funds (Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration).
