Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with GTL Inc., d/b/a Link to Life, Novi, MI (originally approved by G&C on 11-18-16, item #9), to provide Personal Emergency Response Systems to eligible people age sixty years and over, by increasing the total price by $50,000 from $100,000 to $150,000 and by extending the completion dates from September 30, 2020 to September 30, 2022. 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
