Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Merrimack Valley Assistance Program Inc., Concord, NH (Originally approved by G&C on 4-17-19, item #12), to provide housing and utility assistance and supportive services to low income persons and their families living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, by exercising a contract renewal option by extending the completion date from March 31, 2022 to April 3, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
