Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with the NH Coalition of Recovery Residences, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-23-19, item #16), by adjusting the payment terms for the provision of services to certify and support recovery homes in NH, and to develop and administer a rental assistance program for residents who are entering recovery homes, with no change to the price limitation of $750,000 and no change to the completion date of June 30, 2021. (2)Further authorize an advance payment in the amount of $42,905 to the NH Coalition of Recovery Residences. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission Funds).
