Authorize the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Earth System Research Center, Durham, NH, to provide Geographical Information System management, hosting, research and data quality controls, for a total fee not to exceed $70,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
