Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP, Nashua, NH, for the provision of Extended Warranty – Security System and Software Support services for the NH Correctional Facility for Women, in the amount of $224,460. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2023, with the option to renew for successive renewal terms of up to three years. 100% General Funds.
