Authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #77) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to December 5, 2025 to accept and expend $8,622,066 of Federal Funds from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, under the Inflation Reduction Act, to provide financial and technical assistance to low-moderate income and disadvantaged communities to deploy and benefit from residential-servicing community scale distributed solar energy projects. (2) Further authorize to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #77) by extending the current end date from June 30, 2025 to December 5, 2025 for the purpose of continuing the Department of Energy’s two temporary full-time Miscellaneous Business Operations Specialist-4 Program Manager and one Miscellaneous Business Operations Specialist-4 Compliance and extending Class 046-Consultants. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 5, 2025.
